What if I don’t have a credit card? Can I pay in cash?

If you are purchasing through the BookTix online box office, you will need to make your purchase via credit card. You can reach out to the organisation directly if you’d like to discuss payment options outside of our box office.

I have a charge I don’t recognize on my credit card. What is BookTix, and what I am being charged for?

Most likely you purchased a ticket through our system for your local school or theatre’s recent event. How do I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

Each organization we work with will maintain their own refund or exchange policy, so you will need to contact this organisation directly. You can find their contact information listed at the bottom of the box office website.

Help, I forgot my password!

Not to worry! On the login screen, you can select “Forgot Your Password?”. Once you enter your email address, a temporary password will be emailed to you. If you don’t see the email right away, be sure to check your spam/junk folder!
