BookTix Apps
BookTix offers two versions of our App to all clients. The BookTix Scanner App will only work with the new upgraded version of the system while the BookTix Mobile App is only for use with accounts that have not yet been upgraded in summer 2023.
BookTix Scanner
The new BookTix Scanner app is available to all new clients as of summer 2023 and any current clients that have been upgraded to our new system.

BookTix Terminal
The BookTix Terminal App is available to all clients currently using our legacy platform. This app supports the new Stripe M2 reader to allow for in-person payment using Tap, Insert or Swipe.

The BookTix Mobile App is available to all clients currently using our legacy platform. This app supports mobile ticket scanning with device camera.
